Increase Fitness Level

 

Our Taekwondo program follows a curriulum developed by a 9th degree Master of Taekwondo, SM Dwayne Doran from the MTA. It is designed to gradually increase flexibility, strength, balance, power, and stability as students progress through the belt levels.  

Learn Self Defense

 

Self defense is a large part of what we teach.  Topics include stranger danger, bullying, women's self defense, and defense against opponent larger/faster.  Students typically gain confidence as they progress through the belt ranks which also decreases bullying.  

Practice the Tenets of Taekwondo

 

The tenets of taekwondo are curtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, indomitible spirit, and victory (over oneself).  These values are the core of the our disipline.   Students are required to show resepct at all times, in and out of the dojang.
