Rising Sun Instructors went to a seminar about the 12 elements of power for martial arts. It was very informative. Thank you GM Hardin for taking time out of your life to help us better understand the scientific theory behind what we love to do.
While there, GM Hardin presented Master Doran with his 8th degree certification. What an accomplishment!!
